Whether your profession is organisational change management, you're new to this field, or you're wanting to advance this craft in your organisation, we're here to help you better manage the people side of change within your organisation.
Nimbit offers both strategic and operational tools. In every organisation, a number of change initiatives across different areas must converge to drive enterprise-wide transformation. Successfully implementing change on the ground often depends on coordinated decision-making within a broader context. Similarly, forming an enterprise transformation plan becomes challenging without a clear understanding of ground-level dynamics.
Nimbit is structured into three hierarchical levels:
At the highest level, Enterprise serves as the all-encompassing workspace for Projects and Releases. Here, you gain a panoramic view across the organisation and invaluable insights into people-related risks.
Within the Enterprise, you'll manage Projects. Each project serves as a focused space where teams collaborate on individual Releases. Here, you gain a closer perspective of people-related risks within a defined scope.
Within Projects, you'll create Releases. Each release requires analysis and tactical planning to effectively implement change on the ground. Here, you'll find the tools to help you deliver real operational outcomes.

The first time you enter an account, you'll need to create a Stakeholder Map (Master) at the Enterprise level to reference within your Projects and Releases, and this should include key portfolios and groups across your organisation.
Every time you create a Project, you'll need to complete a High Level Impact Assessment. This data will feed into your Project Dashboard and Enterprise Dashboard to provide a high level view of people-related risks.
Feel free to navigate through all the tools from left to right to assist with your day-to-day operational delivery of change - including a Change Register, Stakeholder Map, Change Impact Assessment and Business Readiness Plan.
